Taylor Rijos is responsible for origination, analysis, underwriting and execution of acquisitions and works with joint venture partners to oversee day-to-day management of Kayne Anderson Real Estate’s seniors housing properties.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2018, Rijos was an Account Lead and Senior Associate for Welltower where he was responsible for all aspects of acquisition, disposition and asset management of healthcare real estate. During his tenure at Welltower, Rijos oversaw various ASHA Top-20 operator relationships, and helped launch the company’s West Coast office in Beverly Hills, CA.
Rijos earned a B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.
