We support our partners with a focus on value generation by identifying attractive niche markets with significant inefficiencies and providing support through a wide range of expertise. Kayne Partners targets companies and investments that generally satisfy the following criteria:
Operate in an attractive industry niche with clear competitive advantages and asset-light/capital-efficient business models
Technology is being employed to solve large, well-established problems
Growing and recurring revenue of $5 to $50 million
Cash flow positive or break-even, or there is a clear path to becoming profitable
Growing, proven businesses that have experienced management teams who are interested in minority/non-control investments
Initial investment size of $5 to $30 million, with the ability to make additional investments
