Kayne Partners makes non-control investments in high-growth companies. Kayne Partners seeks to build substantial relationships with management teams over time, placing a high value in proper fit rather than rushing into a deal. We are flexible in how we structure our capital and mindful of what makes the most sense for the business. Our investments have included structures such as debt with warrants, preferred equity, common equity, and hybrids of these structures. Our capital is most often used to finance working capital, expand geographically, develop infrastructure, expand sales and marketing efforts, invest in research and development or fund add-on acquisitions.
