Daniel Munoz is responsible for underwriting and analyzing potential equity investment opportunities and assisting in the execution of property acquisitions and development for Kayne Anderson Real Estate. In addition, he performs due diligence and underwriting for the company’s real estate debt platform.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson, Munoz worked as a Senior Analyst for SROA Capital where he managed due diligence and closings processes of $300 million in self-storage acquisitions, built dynamic financial models and created investment memos. He was previously an Analyst at Marcus and Millichap.
Munoz earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from American University.
