Felice Rosen is director of administration/benefits for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors. Ms. Rosen has managed human resources in the investment industry for approximately 30 years.
Before joining Kayne Anderson in 1999, Ms. Rosen was the Director of Human Resources at Koffler & Company and Human Resource manager for Smith Barney’s Los Angeles Investment Banking office. Ms. Rosen began her management career at Sutro & Co.
She attended City University of New York and California State University, Northridge.
